Learner Fund Graduate and Childminder Bursary 2024 is open to applications from 12 August to 27 September 2024.
The Learner Fund offers a bursary to early years educators and registered childminders, who are working in the sector, and have obtained a recognised Level 7/8/9 award. There is also a bursary available for registered childminders who have completed a Level 5 or 6 award.
Please contact your local City/County Childcare Committee (CCC) to discuss eligibility for the fund and the application process. CCC’s contact details available on https://myccc.ie/.
All applications are processed through the CCCs.
Please note that, to avail of the bursary, the course undertaken must be on the list of courses recognised by the Department. The list of approved courses can be found here: https://www.gov.ie/en/service/000073-recognition-of-an-early-years-qualification/
